How is Paireeo different from Shopify’s native system?

Shopify doesn’t support multiple sellers per SKU. Paireeo solves that, and adds inventory automation, payout tracking, and full consignor management tools.

Do I need FlowStream to use Paireeo?

No, but any errors in product listing on shopify will effect Paireeo's sync with Shopify, so it's strongly recomended — FlowStream handles the product automation. Paireeo handles the consignment logic layered on top of those products.

Does Paireeo replace my POS or Shopify?

No — it runs on top of your existing Shopify store. Paireeo syncs with your products and inventory using Shopify's API.

What happens when an item sells?

The consignor with the lowest payout is marked as the seller, inventory is reduced, the payout is logged, and the seller is notified. All automatically.

Do consignors need to use Shopify?

Nope! They’ll have a consignor portal to manage everything — no Shopify login required.

How do consignors list items?

Consignors browse your stores product listings and they enter a desired payout in their portal. Your store reviews and authenticates the item before going live.

Can consignors change their price after listing?

Yes. Consignors can adjust their payout anytime — the system will automatically adjust their position in the queue and adjust the live price if needed.

When do consignors get paid?

Once their item sells, your store sees it in your payout admin and processes payments based on your own payout cycle.

Can consignors get items back?

Yes — request a return through the portal, and the store will confirm when it's ready for pickup or shipment.

What if two consignors list the same item?

Paireeo sorts them automatically by lowest payout. The system always prioritizes the best deal for the store while keeping listings fair and transparent.

Is Paireeo available to all stores?

Not yet. We're currently onboarding a limited group of resale stores to ensure personalized setup and support. Join the waitlist to be considered.
