Your optional measurement choice

Paireeo asks before it uses optional measurement for the public website, hosted audit experience, or advertising. Essential functions such as secure access, forms, booking, fraud prevention, and payments do not depend on saying yes. We save your answer in your browser and on our server. The record includes the notice version, date, source, and a random visitor ID. If our server is temporarily unavailable, your browser keeps the answer and tries again later.

The short notice stays general so this page remains the source of detail about providers and uses. We will ask again if we materially expand the purpose of optional measurement, not merely because a provider changes.

Website analytics and the Live Foundation Signal

If you say yes, Paireeo saves the page you visit, your device type, where you came from, and the buttons you click. The public board shows totals only. It does not show names, IP addresses, exact locations, full browser details, or the pages one person visited. A source appears only after three people share it. We remove public site tracking records after 30 days.

Private audit tracking

If tracking is on, Paireeo counts when a private audit report is opened, which parts are viewed, reading activity, downloads, and button clicks. If you said yes on this website, we may link that answer to your audit request. If you said no, turned tracking off, or never chose, we will ask before opening the report.

Advertising measurement

If you say yes and advertising measurement is enabled, Paireeo may report limited funnel events such as requesting or viewing an audit, booking an audit review, receiving a qualified build-week offer, starting deposit checkout, or paying the first deposit. We use these events to understand which campaigns lead to meaningful business outcomes and to improve campaign delivery.

Depending on the event, the data may include a stable event ID, event time, a safe page address without private access tokens, campaign attribution, payment amount and currency, and identifiers such as normalized email or an internal contact ID converted to SHA-256 hashes. Browser or network identifiers may also be included when available. We do not send audit contents, form answers, full card details, private report links, or build-access tokens to advertising platforms. Paireeo currently prepares integrations for Meta and may add other advertising providers listed below.

Audit and marketing information

To ask for the free audit, you must give us an email address and let us send marketing emails. We save the exact notice version you accepted. Email permission and report tracking are kept as two separate choices. We use Resend to send email and record delivery, delays, failures, bounces, complaints, blocks, opens, and link clicks. Open counts are only an estimate because some email apps load or block tracking. Every Paireeo email has a button that lets you stop future marketing email. You can also contact us below.

Booking invites and payments

We use Cal.com for audit-review scheduling and Resend for booking invitations. Cal.com sends Paireeo signed booking notifications so we can record when a review is booked, rescheduled, or cancelled. Booking emails may use the same delivery, open, and link tracking listed above. Stripe handles payments. Paireeo saves the Stripe customer, checkout, payment, refund, invoice, and payment status IDs needed for the 20%, 30%, and 50% payment plan. We do not store your full card details.

Information you send us

If you email us, request an audit, or book a call, we receive the details you choose to send. We use them to reply, decide if we can help, and manage our work with you.

Paireeo SEO and Google user data

You may choose to connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics to Paireeo SEO. Paireeo SEO requests read-only access and cannot change data in your Google account. Search Console access can include the verified properties available to your account, search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and URL inspection results. Google Analytics access can include your available accounts and properties, data streams, property settings, acquisition reports, landing pages, page performance, events, ecommerce outcomes, site search terms, devices, and countries. We also receive the connected Google account email so the product can identify which account is linked.

We use this Google user data only to provide the Paireeo SEO features you request: selecting a property, showing connection status, presenting SEO and analytics reports, generating insights, and returning data through an AI assistant or MCP client that you explicitly connect. We do not use Google user data for advertising or to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

We do not sell Google user data or transfer it to data brokers or advertisers. Data may be processed by Cloudflare as our infrastructure provider. When you explicitly request Google-derived information through a connected AI assistant or MCP client, relevant results are returned to that client to fulfill your request and its own privacy terms apply. When you use an in-product AI feature, relevant data may be processed by the AI provider identified in that feature solely to generate the requested response.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, and data is transferred over encrypted connections. Search Console and Analytics report data is retrieved on demand and is not retained as a permanent report copy in Paireeo SEO. We retain the encrypted tokens and connection details needed to operate an integration while it remains connected. Disconnecting removes the selected project connection; tokens are deleted when none of your projects use that Google connection. Account deletion removes associated connection data. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account's third-party connections page.

Paireeo SEO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

Paireeo uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, queues, and database storage; Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for consented website analytics; Google APIs for user-authorized Paireeo SEO integrations; Cal.com for scheduling; Resend for email; and Stripe for payments. When advertising measurement is enabled with your permission, Paireeo may use Meta products for Facebook and Instagram advertising. We may add or replace a provider for the same purposes and will keep this page current.

Questions or requests
